I have been working at Subway full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Definitely having a few co-workers who enjoy the job and having pride in their work as much as you would yourself.

Cons

Employees that don't pull their own weight and pass the work onto everyone else.

    I worked at Subway full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great Team, awesome owner, easy to do work, a lot of controls make it hard to mess up, the pay isnt bad for what you do

    Cons

    Lower end job attracts undedicated and unreliable coworkers sometimes, high turnover at times, no promised days off

    Pros

    Free 6 inch sandwich each shift. Good job for during high school and summer employment.

    Cons

    Sometimes understaffed and you get stuck trying to do everything.
