I worked at Subway part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free sandwich every 4 hours or more of work.

    Cons

Rude customers, Untrained management, Burn risk, Messy dirty environment, Little pay, No hours, No one cares if you have allergies, No room for growth in the company.

    Advice to Management

Hire managers that speak English, Have common sense skills and the ability to lead. They would hire Daffy Duck as a manager if he applied. The company can pay a sandwich artist up to 15 dollars an hour, yet more stay at 7 dollars and some change for an entire year at the least guaranteed.
