    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Lots of job satisfaction - Ability to control own schedule and run multiple projects at one time.

    Cons

Very little work life balance. 70+ hours weeks are the norm. Unrelenting customers. Sales team that can sometimes over promise.

    Advice to Management

Compnay is too small for employees to continually put aside their personal lives to support the lastest client miracle. It's ok to do this once in awhile but every week is a little much. Improves Customer Support.
