    Pros

    Good benefits, flexible work/life

    Cons

    Not enough training for new employees or new processes. Useless accounting management/upper management!!!Only a few good employees in accounting.

    Advice to Management

    The higher ups need to do a clean sweep in accounting management. Stop hiring all these upper management employees who don't do the work nor generate revenue. Pay the GOOD HARD WORKING employees what they are worth. they are the ones keeping the company afloat!
