I have been working at Summit Polymers full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Okay pay, the people are nice.

    Cons

Management treats you like you don't matter. People in higher positions tend to act like you are supposed to grovel at their feet and are insanely smug.

    Advice to Management

Treat people like they matter for once and stop working your employees to death by trying to reduce individuals and then forcing the labor onto your remaining employees.
