Pros

Benefits package, work-life balance, teamwork within a function
People in general were very friendly and caring
Most leaders put high value on open and early communication

Cons

Since the company went public around 2000, business strategy seemed neither stable nor consistently prudent. Also, company-sponsored during-work events nearly wiped out.

Pay tended to be "competitive," at best.

Advice to Management

Get truly anonymous feedback and input from employees: current methods tend to identify people by e-mail address or IP address
