    Pros

The work relationships with peers was strong. Employees in units were supportive to each other and worked collaboratively to serve clients needs.

    Cons

No work life balance, time off was difficult if you were ill or child was ill. Staffing was very difficult and Managers were expected to work 6 day weeks, additionally the incentive program was complicated and less than 10% of those in the incentive could meet goals .

    Advice to Management

Goals did not align with clients needs. Have realistic expectations as employees are very dissatisfied with their jobs due to lean staffing models.
