I have been working at SunTrust full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Required trainings and use of verbiage ensures a professional feel to the overall organization. Very beneficial from what I've heard about other banks that almost throw you out to the wolves immediately.

    Cons

Depending on branch you may have extremely high volume of customers and responsibilities with a salary/pay that does not match the job performed. The trainings also have to be done while at work in "down time" which is not an issue if you're at a slower branch. But if not good luck. Incentives were not the best but I heard that was changed a month or so after I left.
