Well in these times tough decisions have to be made and not just one person is making all the calls it is just that she is the CEO and the buck stops with her. Im not sure I wouldn't have made the same decisions.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Sunoco is an adequate employer if you desire to work in Philadelphia for an engineering centric organization ...otherwise, not so much.

    Cons

Low pay, incompetent or indifferent senior leadership, lack of business savvy, lack of a worthwhile vision, shrinking company, undervalued employees and assets,

    Advice to Management

Senior leadership and the board of directors should be fired for what they have done to Sunoco and its stock owners. They destroyed a formerly proud and worthwhile organization. It seems clear that the named executive officers' motivations are to exercise the "change in control" clause in order to walk away with multi-million dollar severance packages. Lynn: Enjoy your ~ $38 million and congratulations, you've managed to ruin a 100+ year old American company.
