I worked at Sunrise Senior Living part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

I was offered benefits even though I was only a part-time employee with PTO.

Cons

The manager was incapable of doing his job by leaving work early to even disputing conflicts by passing me all his work with no promotion until a year later.

    Flexible with time on most days...

    Cons

    Only cared about the bottomline in every aspect, not really concern about the employee. Required that the employee did any and everything to not loss a resident. Are not employee friend with minority managers.

    Advice to Management

    Need more experience managers that understand the whole picture. They managers should be groomed from within, not just thrown in the position by family.
