Pay was good when sales were good,

Upper management completely out of touch. The culture has changed and is nothing like the Sunrises that once was years ago when I was hired. Building is crumbling and regional roles are shuffled monthly. The Covid response was laughable and there was zero compassion shown to the people on the front lines. They gave enormous rate hikes to residents while sinking the minimum back into the community. Care and staff are lacking. Growth is impossible! The Executive director is a bully and is not being held accountable because of her relationship with the regionals that she flaunts. Ownership and the CEO are aware but do nothing and the building is suffering and so are the residents.
