    Current Employee - Oncall Coordinator

    Pros

Oncall postion is flexible and you can work from anywhere.

    Cons

There are not any benefits offered to oncall coordinators. Corporate is beginnin to micro manage everything. They keep loading more work without compenstation.

    Advice to Management

I would have to say that they need to let the local offices do what works and stop trying to force a one size fits all to the business.

    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Good bonuses and decent salary structure. Coworkers are nice, and the office has a good feel to it.

    Cons

A lot of superfluous training, very demanding and aggressive fiscal goals, and not enough in the way of establishing corporate culture in a positive way. Also, lots of turnover on all levels. CEO and Senior staff all resigned recently

    Advice to Management

Greed may be universal, but try and remember that money for its own sake is pointless. Create a culture of good, hard workers, reasonable goals, and a happy work environment by valuing the employee.
