Pros

The company itself offers a lot of things like discounts on over 100 places, gym and “play” rooms, paid vacations, ingrown opportunities, amazing bonuses, and really is a friendly environment. They make you feel very welcome at the beginning and if you don’t complain

Cons

The are terrible organized. Almost all the time they will not pay you the right amount and if you reach them to explain this and ask for the money, the will help you but dont be surprise if in the next month they start writing you warnings for things that could had been solve with a simple call or just things that dont make sense. If you need urgent help with something, expect an answer in the next 5 business days. Oh and also they don't really follow too much their own contracts, might pay you even less than agreed and you cant really take a day off because “that will affect your adherence and if that happens you will not get incentives”. Yeah.

Pros

there are alot of great people that are dedicated to the success of the company. With a better business plan this company could be very successful.

Cons

The Executive team seems to be at a loss of how to "right the ship". The seem to make knee jerk changes that continue to cause future challenges with growth and stability. They lay off non agent staff 3 to 4 times a year so there os little stability reducing support groups to the point of not being able to perform successfully. After spending several hundred thousand on a sales team that isn't performing, they continue to reduce the numbers of staff trying to do the work. Burnout is high and there is no work life balance if you like to do anything but work 24 hours a day. Growth os challenging unless you are a part of the good old boys club.
