Flexible Schedules

Overall, Supportsoft is a great place to work. The schedule is done for several months out at a time but there are a variety of shift options to work.

Cons

Tuition Reimbursement is difficult to get approved, and do not expect to work 9 - 5 (this is actually one of the biggest pros for me)

Advice to Management

I think the company is on its way to stardom, cant wait to see how the next year plays out.

    I worked at Support.com full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Excellent company with great talent once that has slowly but surely left them.

    Cons

    Several changes at exec level with complete BOD shuffled resulting in loss of direction, vision and execution focus.

    Advice to Management

    None but suggestion to new joiners to be extremely careful and think twice. The company is highly likely to close its operations in India.
