      SLS is a company that truly focuses on mission and makes decisions based on their values. They also invest heavily in training and development, have clear processes, and clarity in communication.

      Cons

      It's a hard industry! Direct care teams have higher turnover than support teams, but management continues to work to improve and make it a desirable place to stay!

      Managers are very involved and care about their employees capacity. The culture here is AMAZING. Clear career pathways. Always room for personal & career growth.

      There are no cons here. I’ve found myself waiting for the other shoe to drop and it simply hasn’t.
