I worked at Sutherland full-time (Less than a year)

Pros

Some programs allow overtime. They tend to promote from within (my manager had started in my position 6 years ago and was one of two team managers when I left). If you start in a seasonal position, they will interview you for other programs at the end of your contract. The company has offices on six continents, and will help you relocate to a different country if you accept a position there.

Cons

There were rumors that my program had bedbugs, and all they did was switch out the chairs. I didn't receive a consistent schedule post-training for 2-3 weeks. Policies changed frequently but often they never emailed us to inform us that things had changed.

Advice to Management

Management needs to have more consistent communication, both between each other and between managers and consultants.

I worked at Sutherland full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Worked for a 'private label' IT program that Sutherland was heading up after the Acer program left. They offered work from home opportunities at one point .

    Cons

The management was hands off, with bottom line aspects and refused to even pretend that they wanted front-line personel input in order to attempt to save a sinking ship.

    Advice to Management

Try to get an idea of whats happening in sales calls from front line workers. This way, an idea can at least be entertained.
