      Pros

Quick process from application to hire

      Cons

Pay rate is ok, but there are higher out there. It is acceptable for me, but some may think it isn't high enough.

We appreciate you stopping by to let everyone know about your journey with us so far! Thank you!

          Pros

They walk their talk. Their actions and realistic company culture back up what they say, believe in. Unfortunately, this should be more common in large companies, but I've found it to be rare. A lot of BPO companies (and other industries) will try to portray a great culture and a great approach with their employees, lots of perks. But Sutherland Global does actually carry out what they talk about and they believe in it. If I hadn't been so ill, had to take sick leave because of covid I would still be working there.

          Cons

Their pay range, depending on the line of business or project that you are working on, will vary. It's a little lower than other similar companies. I started at 13.00hr, in 2019, the LOB was DirecTV and AT&t, as a Retention Specialist, then a lead. But the many perks, privileges, discounts and benefits made it far worth it, over time. And although the Las Vegas offices phased into completely WFH (I think, not sure 100%) it's still a good culture, no commute costs and home office, equipment perks as well, depending on what works for you.

Hello, Please be kind. I’m so out of the loop and beat down, and may have posted this in a wrong group. I have been at my job 11 years, applied for a new job out of my organization. Posting closed last Mon. Tues at 4:40 they emailed to request an interview and wanted my top days/times for upcoming M-W. I responded with pref Wed afternoon as 1, Tues early or late as 2 or 3. I have not heard a response. I have to figure out an excuse to go on Tues to leave work. Is this normal to keep hanging on?

hi , I’m new here 👋 I have an interview coming up and I’m struggling on how to answer the “tell me about yourself statement question.” I personally don’t like to talk about myself and have the tendency to start talking about me but then I end up talking about what’s on my resume 🤦‍♀️ any advice ?

Hi, I applied for a job at a small business warehouse and I had a phone call with them about 1.5 weeks ago. It went well and a few days after, I got an email asking me when can I do an in person interview. I replied the following business day and gave them three dates. However, it’s been 4 days and they have not responded back to my email response. I even sent them a follow up and nothing. What does this mean and what should I do?
