They walk their talk. Their actions and realistic company culture back up what they say, believe in. Unfortunately, this should be more common in large companies, but I've found it to be rare. A lot of BPO companies (and other industries) will try to portray a great culture and a great approach with their employees, lots of perks. But Sutherland Global does actually carry out what they talk about and they believe in it. If I hadn't been so ill, had to take sick leave because of covid I would still be working there.
Their pay range, depending on the line of business or project that you are working on, will vary. It's a little lower than other similar companies. I started at 13.00hr, in 2019, the LOB was DirecTV and AT&t, as a Retention Specialist, then a lead. But the many perks, privileges, discounts and benefits made it far worth it, over time. And although the Las Vegas offices phased into completely WFH (I think, not sure 100%) it's still a good culture, no commute costs and home office, equipment perks as well, depending on what works for you.2

pay is good, training is not helpful. You do all your own research on the calls with nothing to go on. It’s basically googling information and attempting to teach elderly persons to navigate their devices in 12 minutes:/ yikes. Customers are usually sweet.
No Bonuses… The majority of Managers aren’t helpful bc they tell you to do stuff that doesn’t work and then they blame the agent for not knowing what they don’t even know. Their systems mess up and they act like you are lying, until they see it even if they have seen it a thousand times.. the smee’s are much more management material than most leadership.
