pay is good, training is not helpful. You do all your own research on the calls with nothing to go on. It’s basically googling information and attempting to teach elderly persons to navigate their devices in 12 minutes:/ yikes. Customers are usually sweet.
No Bonuses… The majority of Managers aren’t helpful bc they tell you to do stuff that doesn’t work and then they blame the agent for not knowing what they don’t even know. Their systems mess up and they act like you are lying, until they see it even if they have seen it a thousand times.. the smee’s are much more management material than most leadership.
