A couple of very good people in the department A huge amount of different technologies to get your teeth into

Exceptionally poor commuication given the overall size of the department Exceptionally poor organisation given the overall size of the department Exceptionally poor planning for projects given the overall size of the department The 'protected few' can do as they please regardless of workload or company policies Blame-culture and management dictator-like environment Expectation of additional hours (although paid for) to complete tasks with little or no appreciation
