where do i start , no support off management you are left on your own. a lot of management love to fight for power. They have no loyalty or care for their employees, the bosses are all corrupt and the chain of command from poor management leaves staff feeling undervalued and not cared about. The amount of staff that come and go is astronomical as no one enjoys working there. No one I have worked with at Swegon has a good word to say about it.
