Low paying miles Company drivers get all the high miles Planners hate talking on the phone Everybody would rather you email or message and drive vs answering the phone and keep your eyes on the road No 2 people have the same CORRECT information Lease program is a rip off You'll gross 100k but take home 30k You pay is on a sliding scale 500 mile or more $1.19 per mile, 200 miles and under. You'll get about $1.30-ish Load board is only for otr 48 state drivers and they don't pay deadhead miles if you dispatch yourself.
