    Pros

Fair pay if you work in a larger city. A lot of advancement opportunity if you're will to work hard.

    Cons

If you are someone that likes a set schedule and know what is going to happen from day to day this company is not for you.

Run Far Away from here. Expect to be undervalued and then to be flushed (as a reward for your hard work).

    Pros

Coca-Cola has a strong portfolio of Great Brands!!

    Cons

Read on... you'll notice a pattern from anyone with more than 2-3 years of experience with this company. This Bottler has ruined the sense of pride that should come with selling Great Brands! Sales Leadership has honesty and integrity gaps and is grossly self centered. The #1 Con is KA Leadership. I was warned about this problem in advance. The negative predictions came true. #2) They are NOT "coherent in the market".. despite claims of fairness #3) If you are not in the "good ole' boy" club, expect to be stabbed in the back by those around you. #4) This company will only focus on the "negative". They will also survey cross functional Teams for any "negative perceptions"... Facts be damned... #5) The Sales Teams fears speaking the truth, due to risk of retribution #6) Bullying, name calling, back-stabbing, sexual harassment, threats of violence, favoritism, "wokeness" and discipline in a public setting were all normalized.. I also know of 4 very capable individuals who were promised a pay raise in exchange for taking on a larger role. The raises were never given, despite attempts to correct the matter.
