    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Very ethical company and management is transparent and communicates well with employees. Company culture is good and people generally work together to get things done.

    Cons

Growth is mostly through acquisition. Very few new products have come from internal development.
Stock has been stuck in a narrow trading range for many years. There is a fair amount of process and this can get in the way of getting things done.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Excellent compensation and benefits.
Many opportunities for lateral movement due to company size.
    Many great and professional coworkers.
    Great onsite facilities.

    Cons

Lip service to work-life balance. (We support a flexible work environment - you can schedule your 60 hours each week whenever you like).
Many executives build their careers by disparaging the work of others, getting them fired, then taking over their departments.
Very bureaucratic, with poor support services from IT and HR.
Management by Victory Plan consumes more time than it delivers results.
Everyone is incredibly busy, but nothing strategically important (improves competitive position in the marketplace) ever gets done.

    Advice to Management

Stock performance over the past few years is a direct reflection of poor leadership and execution. Stop retaining and promoting managers because they tell you what you want to here. Reward strategic execution instead of ability to manage up.
