    Pros

Great benefits and campus in general. The company has great opportunity for learning.

    Cons

The company acquired too many businesses. They do not know what to do with them. They also acquired two identical companies, which for two years could not come up with one solution for the product. A lot of time is wasted for useless meetings. A lot of similar positions. Just tell me, why do you need three program managers for less than 50 emploees producing a single product? Why do you need so many managers taking care of Program Managers, Technical Writers, QA? Most of these managers do not even know what they are doing. Management is a big problem for the company. There is so much politics everywhere. You simply don't have time to do the job.

    Advice to Management

I am not sure that CEO knows what is going on in his divisions. He made the correct decision to cut the management, but it is also necessary to Replace the current managers. All of them and everywhere! Hire different people with an open mind and good technical knowledge instead of your current managers. Make sure that if people are working on the product for several months, this product is released. Don't waste shareholders' money for salaries, which do not produce anything for the company. Make sure that the company is making a good quality product. Stop outsoursing jobs. Hire less people in the US, and they will work a lot harder than in the other countries where you don't have any control. Create a list with the products you want to create and make sure that this is what is going to happen. Control every department and make sure that they are making the product and do not release something that has just bug fixes (and they claim it as a new product line:-)
