Pros

Great place with the new CEO. Things seem to be really coming together.

Cons

As an individual contributor, not much bad to say. Sometimes ask too many hours, but seldom of late.

Advice to Management

Stay progressive

    Poor structure causes a ton of political issue and roadblock proper product development.

    fire everyone.
