Pros

If your only ability is to nicely suck up to your manager, this is the company to go to.

Cons

If you are an honest hardworking fellow who rely on your contributions only, then you wont prosper. You would most likely see sycophants / bootlickers getting promoted while you are ignored. Chances are that if you complain about it, you would get the sack as the stupid performance appraisal process these people have is heavily reliant on manager's feedback and when all managers who are your manager's peer are part of the old boys network who support sycophancy.

Advice to Management

Time will show if you are important or the real contributors who left because of your 3rd grade culture..
