    Pros

    - The people are generally nice - Work life balance, depending on the team you're on, is quite reasonable - It seems like the business has potential

    Cons

    - There has been a mass exodus of the engineering talent - Incompetent individuals are put in charge of projects - Raises and promotions are few and far between - No career growth opportunities - Very few trust in the management - Communication within the company is lacking

    Advice to Management

Stop posting fake reviews and focus on fixing the issues which exist within the organization instead.
