Pros
Compensation is on par with market average, and the peer-level colleagues were generally great to work with. The engineers around me were supportive to help each other out despite the challenges on the ground.
Cons
The project feel like building an entire house on a shaky foundation. A large part of this came from technical gaps at the middle management level, where junior were expected to deliver solutions with minimal guidance and structure. The culture also leaned heavily towards “bash through walls” instead of approaching problems strategically, which can take a toll on employees’ mental well-being over time.
