I have been working at Syncrude full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Transportation supplied - Diversified Busses. The company has a really good compensation and benefit package. There are numerous different shift schedules. I really like mine - 3 days 3 nights, 6 off.

    Cons

Slow to advance - Company seems to prefer young unexperienced employees. A number of front line leaders who have no leadership skills.

    Advice to Management

Value your experienced employees who seem to have a better work ethic than the younger employees.
