Yes, we are a smaller company, but that certainly doesn’t mean that there is no room for advancement. For example, we typically hire recent college graduates into the role of “junior technical developer.” As the individual develops their skill-set and proves themselves to be a hard-working, passionate, and keen developer, they are very able to be promoted not only in title, but in salary as well. If they have what it takes, the right person can be promoted to a “senior technical developer” position in a matter of a few years. This applies across the board with all positions in the company.
