      Pros

      Synergy has a brand new UK head office, its very pleasant and has a couple of canteens. Free fruit is also provide which is a nice bonus

      Cons

      Attrition rate of staff is high!. Business is in a state of change. Management aren't the best and don't know how to manage people

      Organized, innovative, diversified, non-ambiguous, forward thinking, structured, opportunity for advancement, opportunity for learning new things, excellent training and development, national exposure.

      Cons

      Visa sponsorship would be nice for this company to offer. However, this is not an option that is offered through this company

      Pros

      One needs to first here the need of the client. Acknowledge there need. Fit them with what we have that will meet their needs. If they have fears eliminate those fears and have them leave happy with their purchase.

      Cons

      When they believe they have a better deal else where and no matter how much you show them the right numbers they walk.
