Pros

The majority of the people that work here are good and kind. The 401K matching has been around 9% in aggregate each year.

Cons

Our corporate office in Japan is disconnected from what is happening in the US. Our business model is to be easy for customers to work with but we do not have the systems or the staff to support the customization. This results in frustrated customers and frustrated staff. The systems here are not integrated so much of the work is manual, redundant and reporting is difficult to get. The executive leadership is consistently focused on Revenue above customer satisfaction, employee engagement and efficency. This used to be a company I could recommend, but unfortunately, much has changed for the worse. I don't see the executive management tam proactively working to correct these things and suspect they will not act until they are forced to do so. The culture used to be about trust, transparency and teamwork, but it seems that those things are just words now. I don't see them playing out in daily interactions. It's every man for himself. Good people who want to do the right thing are not listened to and everyone is overworked. We have no new products so they are saving their way to plan when we were running skeleton crews as it is. Cons far outweigh the Pros of working here. Not proud to work here anymore.
