Pros

Excellent product, probably among the best in the world.

Cons

Micromangement of your time. Sysmex GPS tracks their field personnel. Constant need to be in contact with the head office via email and voicemail. Your "own time" will never be your own. If you work for Sysmex, they OWN you.

Advice to Management

If you hire good people, trust them. You do not need to micro-manage their time and activities. How would you like to be GPS tracked 24/7?

    Pros

    Sysmex is a a strong company that will be around for a long time. They will be a secure and solid company to work for.

    Cons

    They are growing so fast that there are growing pains. I love working here but the area not keeping up with the needs of employees in certain areas.

    Advice to Management

    Be proactive and not reactive to not just technology, but to employees too

    I have been working at Sysmex America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I am a recent new hire and I have had an exceptional experience at Sysmex so far. The culture is so welcoming and all employees ensure you feel that you are joining the "Sysmex Family". During new hire orientation the CEO, Ralph Taylor, took time to meet and greet all of the new hires. He spoke to us about our backgrounds and shared his background and journey within Sysmex. I have never been part of an organization where I have felt so welcomed from the start. I have truly made the best decision by coming to Sysmex and look forward to my career at this organization.

    None to share currently, my experience has been wonderful so far.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the great work in encouraging all employees to embrace the Sysmex Way! When I walk around the building, all employees are smiling and enthused, which I have never seen before.
