Fair compensation and flexible schedule.

Executive team is somewhat disjointed.

People/Staff desire to do a good job and work very hard.

NO work-life balance. Expectation of 24/7 availability by phone and to return to office. Rampant turnover! Company leaders micromanage, and they don't have experience to lead, nor desire to understand. ONLY one client, but being told more to come (never have seen it happen). Seen too many good ones leave.
