    This company is well on it's way to major success. The right leaders are in place and the company is moving forward with well planned transformation. People are cared for here!

    Still working through a few benefit tweaks and at this time of change, things can seem overwhelming when they really aren't

    I worked at T. Marzetti full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    -Above average pay for the area (add $6-$8 an hour to the temp pay, that's what you'll make - Nice schedule outside of overtime (4-10 hour days) - Easy work (for a factory)

    Cons

    - Horrible, "buddy-buddy" management and HR - Rules that only apply sometimes, to some people - Depending upon area and shift worked, gossipy, cliquey, and outright rude coworkers are the norm.

    Advice to Management

    - Review hiring policies and give good former employees a reasonable second chance, and that temps are hired in a MUCH better time frame. - Apply rules fairly and consistently, AND make sure that it is being done!
