Pros

The core values are built into the infrastructure of the organization. It is a great place to learn and grow.

They believe if you are performing at a certain level, they will pay you at that level regardless of what you were hired in at. Performance pays!

Cons

The merger is impacting the loss of talent. There is a lot of anxiety at the moment. It's not about personal performance in a merger, it's just job security.

Advice to Management

Do your best to keep the talent.

    Good money if you sell

    Flexible schedule (for the most part)
    Easy job- overpaid for amount of actual work that is done.

    Leadership is incompetent
    Promotions are given out somewhat unfairly
    If your direct manager is incompetent, you're not moving up at all
    No longer has a professional feel

    Work on becoming more competent and actually working with employees that want to advance up in the company and try not to get tied up in all the politics.

    Pros

    Lots of room for advancement great cell phone package and health care and 401 k package and a free gym!

    Cons

    Constant work every second on phone is work must be not just at work on time but logged in the system the second your shift starts or else third time your FIRED!!!!!!

    Keep hiring the most top qualified and let go the weaker people who can't commit for the long haul!
