    Pros

They have amazing medical benefits, vision, and dental.

    Cons

Performance reviews were usually twisted. When requested for them to be accurately modified, we would be told to sign it or they would consider it a refusal to comply which may lead to termination. The opportunities for professional growth within T-mobile are based on performance in your current stats. What they fail to mention is that those states will change frequently and what you were improving on and succeed in one month, may result in a failure to achieve said goals the following month. Since opportunities for career advancement are based off those stats, your chances of moving into another department (let’s say, engineering) are slim to none, even though that department doesn't use those stats.

    Advice to Management

Leadership abilities of Senior Management would repeat policy that didn’t fit a situation, thus being disregarded and never get resolved. When it comes to recognition and praise, management are all smiles and clapping hands, but nothing happens in your paycheck. Promotions are primarily given to those who know someone in a higher station. You can go for a position and work hard educating yourself; however they will disregard you if they have someone else in mind (like a friend of his wife’s) for the promotion.
