Pros

Benefits are best in class, as is the work/life balance. Great pay and relaxed people make working for T-mobile more fun that a chore

Cons

Some departments do not have enough positions for you to move forward so you will have to transfer outside the state if you are looking to move up in your department

Advice to Management

Listen to your team. They are the ones that are facing the customers each day and understand what they want. Facts and figures are not always the way to look at business

    Pros

Great salary and benefits including wireless service and phone discounts.
Many people to motivate you and assist you on how to sell the services they offer.
    Incentives and rewards
    Cool gadgets

    Cons

Constant policy changes without customer notice.
Major corporation changes but late notice to employees.
Misleading information given by other reps causing decrease in customer trust when handling customer concerns.
Constant push for sales with low talk time.

    Advice to Management

Increase talk time not only for employees but for customers to understand the major changes in the wireless technology era we are in and for customers to regain trust in Tmobile. Many customers can not understand the bill, and the structure. Policy changes should be told to customers a month in advance via text, email, and mail. Overseas agents are not preferred by the customers due to culture phobic customers, constant misleading information, and reps saying they resolved the issue but intern did not make proper changes causing customer to be deceived. Third party downloads need to be stopped and Tmobile should take more opportunity to find these companies and shut them down to decrease call volume within the company. Majority of calls are about terrible phone coverage, technical problems with phones, lack of understanding of bill, and third party charges.
