I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Goods medical, competitive pay. Positive co worker environment. Weight room, video game room, pool table with full break room.

Cons

Horrible inconsistent upper management since announcement of doomed merger with AT&T. Encourage canned responses and how to make an apology of poor service and confusing billing practices sound better. Unachievable bonuses for anyone not gouging customers. We were coached payment came first and then customer service was second. TM dropped from top JD Power spot to last among the major cell providers.

Advice to Management

Sell. Quickly before my stock is completely worthless,

    Pros

    Values based company,benefits and great people to with work on the team.

    Cons

    Bleeding customers due to the AT&T merger fallout. Current upper management has abandoned the company values that once made the company great.

    Advice to Management

    Allow the front line to take care of loyal customers before they all leave. limit the firedrills and action plans, let us use our time to benefit the customers and grow the business.

    Pros

    T-Mobile has a clear set of Values that it follows and is part of new hire training. Ethical company - cares about its employees

    Cons

    not doing well financially - just closed several of its call center sites

    Better marketing
