Promotional prizes, ie. free phone, game system raffle, cash prizes accumulated as points for successfully meeting metrics
24 hour Nurse line
Great benefits
Great 401k match

Cons

Changes made happen quickly and take time to correct if adversely effecting employees or customers
Marketing of T-Mobile's products and services is lackluster, leaving less informed customers
Customer changes aren't always directly communicated
Uniformity amongst departments /or company locations can vary in regards to policy, knowledge, or best practices
Management may or may not work with you depending on their style
Drastic changes
Company focus can switch 360 degrees from one year to the next, or month-to-month

Advice to Management

Keep open communication with subordinates, and keep their best interest in mind. Consider not only how changes effect customers but representatives as well.
