    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Employee Phone Lines, 401k, medical benefits and paid time off. Decent pay and commission structure. Vacation starts from day one of employment. Other benefits begin as little as 30 days afteremployment begins.

    Cons

Management skills are poor. A lot of fraud being committed on a daily basis. Can't miss work without being harrassed or threatened. Management always considers everything to be a conflict of interest. They barely work around your schedule, they work around what's best for them! I'll be leaving this company soon, but look otherwise. This company sucks.

    Advice to Management

Train your management better and make sure they know what the words "conflict of interest" mean before using them. Treat your employees like you care about them.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good Benefits. You would hardly get fired no matter how worse you perform --if you consider this to be good.

    Cons

No relation between performance and rewards. Rewards and promotions are based on whom you know rather than what you deliver. Mediocre and short sighted management having no long term commitment to the company. CEO, CIO and VP all left the Co. in a about a weeks time. Company has been loosing customers and have no clue how to stop that. Probably looking for another buyer after the AT&T fiasco but there's nobody to buy.

    Advice to Management

Get good leaders with long term commitment for the company. Get the politics and infighting out by aligning the top leaders and bringing them on the same boat. Probably this will make the place a farer place to perform.
