    Difficult to get things done quickly. Not a lot of direction at leadership level. Lots of turnover in key exec positions. Long hours.

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great benefits. The pay was well, especially while working in a call-center environment. The company took care of their employees. The only way you could possibly get fired was due to a customer mistreat, fraud, or attendance issues. It is a fun place to work, and team building is a plus.

    Cons

    Sometimes the coaches, senior reps, and trainers keep so much drama going on in the call center environment it makes you want to scream. Leadership in the call center environment should be revamped. People abused their authority, and shows a lot of favoritism.

    Advice to Management

    Be fair in dealing with your team members. Take into account that a individual is putting his or her best foot forward, and not EVER individual is a slacker.
