I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Fun company, great opportunity to work in a fast paced environment that changes litterally from day to day.

Cons

Company changes compensation, jobs, job schedule and anything else thats needed in order to stay competitive. This can be difficult for those who need constants.

Advice to Management

Committ to your place in the market as the "value carrier". This is how every one else views the company anyway. Own your place in the market, embrace it, and go get the sales based your space with in the market.

    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great co-workers, great benefits, average pay, great on-going training.

    Cons

stressful work environment, layoff, you have to know someone in the top management to get a promotion easily.

    Advice to Management

company needs to really consider the damage that outsourcing has done to the business. they also need to stop forcing reps to do sales and change customer service metrics to how they were few years back.

I have been working at T-Mobile full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

They pay well. Very good benefits. Perks are nice.

    Cons

We have not hired anyone in 6 years. In that time we have quadrupled our work load. T-Mobile tries to compete with Verizon and AT&T by spending half as much money while trying to improve the network at twice the speed. It sounds good from the management perspective but we are all burned out.

Couple that with the fact that our local management style is "everything is a crisis" and "criticism

    Advice to Management

Don't end the fiscal year December 31st. And take a good look at your goal plan. The results are not what you think.
