Pros

Awesome place to work at. Great pay, even as a part-timer. Employees have a great relationship with each other.

Cons

Pay structure is always changing. Too many dumb meetings that are way too short and way too early in the morning.

    Pros

    the commission is great. You get to meet a lot of great people and lifelong friends. Lots of opportunities to test out the latest gadgets. Friendly environment

    Cons

    Dealing with customer BS, Upper management has no idea what its like to work the frontline. Company goals constantly changing, they have no idea what they're doing as a company and its resulting in its failures.

    Advice to Management

    All upper management training should consist of working at retail locations for a month.
