    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    It's a paycheck and they did have for a while some good contests based on performance.

    Cons

    Lots of outsourcing, grading system for the calls is more subjective rather than objective, If you're doing good then you're a star but if you're having trouble with something you are in constant fear for your job even if you're working hard and asking for assistance.

    Advice to Management

    Be more open to helping your reps to avoid the high attrition rate that typically comes with jobs in call centers.
