    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    The pay, benefits (medical/dental/vision are very affordable), and the 401k matching that is offered.

    Cons

    The hours get worse and worse, almost all shifts had changed to 4/10's and when you are on the phones for that amount of time you can get stressed out.

    Advice to Management

    Have more available options as far as shifts.

    Pros

    * Pay is decent
    * Fun place to work, the company strives to be on the "Best place to work" list that comes out every year
    * Everyone seems to really like what they do
    * Fairly smart people that you can learn a lot from.

    Cons

    * Most positions are filled in the companies HQ in Washington sate (Newport, Bothell, Seattle, Snoqualmie)
    * Advancement to management will most likely require a reloaction to the above cities.

    Advice to Management

    * Continue to treat your employees the way you do, if you treat them right and do the right thing, you will get the productivity back from them 10x. Continue to have the mentality that you want T-Mobile USA to be the best place to work.
