Pros

T-Mobile is still a great place to work. They treat their employees well and have excellent benefits. Their technology is cutting edge and if all goes well with the Metro PCS merger T-Mobile should be headed in the right direction

Cons

The arrival of a new CEO has brought major cost cutting and the total elimination of groups that still provide vital roles. If the lay-offs continue they run the risk of losing too much talent and tenured employees.

Advice to Management

Everyone knows the cost cutting needed to happen but a goodwill gesture to the employees that are still here would go a long way. Moral is on the verge of crashing hard. Don’t ruin the company for the sake of a few cents added to the IPO

    Pros

    The people - everyone is passionate about what they're doing. As a result it was always a great place to go to work.

    Cons

    From a lower employee point of view, it always seemed like there were a lot of little things that could have been done to keep jobs at home. Particularly those that were directly customer impacting.

    Advice to Management

    If you nurture your employees' passions, you will grow a fantastic company.

    Terrific people across the company. Very can do attitude across the organization. Terrific brand

    Cons

    challenges due to DT ownership, post ATT acquisition business challenges. Revolving door on leadership. Change direction too frequently

    Advice to Management

    Need more leadership development. Help the people who are there get better at what they do rather than just harvest. choose to invest in people development.
