    I worked at T-Mobile full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    It was a financially rewarding opportunity if you hussle and closed deals regularly.

    Cons

    -Perception of company, reception and service was poor, making most opportunities limited to companies exclusively looking to save money.
    -For a period of time Senior Management became involved in micro-magement efforts, it was my impression that this effort backfired.

    Advice to Management

    Work more closely with local marketing team to assist on sales proccess - from branding to relevant industry specific material.
