Pros

Good hours and equivalent pay for the work. Put in a position to succeed in this role with manager support. Great coworkers and supervisors.

Cons

Directives were often changed at the last minute. There are not very good opportunities for career advancement here because of poor company performance.

Advice to Management

Define career paths and more support from upper management

    Pros

    The salary was above average for a call center. Discount on cell plans and overall benefit package was good.

    Cons

    Call center. There is a lot of metrics that you have to meet in order to get a bonus. Constantly changing the metrics.

    Pros

    Casual work environment. Passable employee phone pricing. Intelligent technical staff.

    Cons

    Silo mentality leads to lots of finger pointing. Marketing can be helter-skelter which confuses customers and employees as to the company direction.

    Advice to Management

    Allow the employees to do the job they are assigned to do. DO NOT micro-manage. Uphold policies and procedures in all situations to reduce a mentality of "the sky is falling" every time there is a problem.
